Ramon Alemany

Ramon Alemany did his PhD in Biology at the University of Barcelona. In 1993 he enjoyed postdoctoral positions at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baxter Healthcare, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2001 he joined the Catalan Institute of Oncology / Institute of Biomedical Research of Bellvitge. He is author of numerous papers on oncolytic adenoviruses, co-founder of VCN Biosciences, and former President of the Spanish Society of Gene and Cell Therapy.
