Marti Cabanes-Creuz

Marti earned his bachelor’s in Biotechnology from the Universitat Autonoma of Barcelona. He then received an M.Sc in Applied Biotechnology from Uppsala University. He completed his Ph.D. at the University College London in 2019 under the co-supervision of Professor Adrian Thrasher and A/Prof. Leszek Lisowski. He then joined the team of A/Prof. Lisowski at the Children’s Medical Research Institute in Sydney, with broad interests being developing AAV capsids with improved liver tropism and basic AAV biology.
