David Epstein

David Epstein is Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Granada, Spain. He has served as economic advisor to the Spanish Ministry of Health and on the Joint Scientific Advice subgroup of the European Union Member State Coordination Group on Health Technology Assessment (HTA). He has participated in several national and international projects to develop methodologies for clinical and economic evaluation of gene therapies and other innovative technologies.
