Barry Greenberg

Barry H. Greenberg, MD, is Distinguished Professor of Medicine, Director of the Advanced Heart Failure Treatment Program and Master Clinician at the University of California, San Diego. He has published extensively on basic cellular mechanisms and novel therapies for heart failure. Dr. Greenberg serves in leadership roles for numerous clinical trials and has senior editorial positions at EJHF and JACC:HF.  He has been recognized as a “Best Doctor in America” and “Best Doctor in San Diego”. Dr. Greenberg is a founding member, past President and 2017 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Heart Failure Society of America.
