Carla Herberts

Carla Herberts is trained as a chemist and toxicologist and has a PhD  in immunology. Following a post-doc in cell biology, she entered the regulatory field as a non-clinical assessor of medicinal products first at the National Institute of Public Health and the Environment and later at Medicines Evaluation Board. Subsequently, Carla transferred to work as clinical assessor of (hemato)oncology products. Since 2019 Carla is the NL representative at the Committee for Advanced Therapies at EMA
