My current main interests are in understanding the biology of Tregs, with a particular focus on their TCR repertoire, and in harnessing Tregs for therapies.

I have pioneered the use of low-dose IL-2 as a Treg agonist for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and I am developing IL-2 self-sufficient Tregs.
