Leszek Lisowski

Associate Professor Lisowski is the Unit Head of Translational Vectorology Research Unit at the University of Sydney / Children’s Medical Research Institute in Sydney, Australia, where he also established, and manages, Vector and Genome Engineering Facility. His research concentrates on the studies of genetic disorders of liver and the CNS, AAV biology and vectorology, and development of novel bioengineered AAV variants for gene replacement and gene editing applications, as well as vector manufacturing, especially clinical manufacturing.
